Quality is checked at every production stage.

Every batch starts with raw-material verification, follows documented extrusion and curing parameters, and ends with dimensional and visual final inspection. We keep inspection records so issues can be traced back to a specific machine, batch and operator if needed.

In-house testing laboratory

Our lab is equipped with 13 inspection devices and performs physical tests (tensile strength, elongation, hardness, tear, abrasion), chemical aging (heat aging, ozone, acid/alkali) and mechanical life tests. This lets us validate compounds quickly instead of waiting for third-party results.

Process control and documentation

Key dimensions are checked at setup and at intervals during production. We use SPC on critical dimensions, and every order gets a final inspection report based on the agreed AQL. Certificates of conformance and test reports can be provided on request.
