Things to know before you order
- Tolerance: Standard ±0.3 mm on extrusion dimensions, ±0.1 mm achievable on tight-tolerance items. High-precision orders may require die adjustment.
- Tooling: Standard sizes (round, square, D-shape) usually need no new die. Custom irregular profiles need a one-time tooling fee (refundable or amortised over order volume).
- MOQ: Hoses 500 m, sealing strips 1,000 m for mass production. Sample orders below MOQ are negotiable for first-time cooperation.
- Color & hardness confirmation: For new custom colors we recommend a small trial batch first to confirm the shade before bulk run.
